Rapidly erected structures

|
The pneumatic frame modules are intended to be used as rapidly erected living accommodation upon liquidation of the consequences of great distresses, accidents, for organizing the work in field conditions.
The pneumatic frame modules are efficient upon use in the following climatic conditions:
- At the temperature from -40°C to +50°C
- Wind velocity up to 15m/seс
- Snow load up to 20 kgf/m2
- Atmospheric pressure corresponding to the altitude of 0:3000m.
- Relative air humidity up to 98% at 25°C
The time of the complex deployment by trained personnel is 30 minutes.
They may be completed by removable heated floors, inflatable pouffes, air-mattresses.
Depending on the fabric, the modules are fabricated in three versions:
1-st version - the external sheathings are made of rubberized incombustible fabric and the internal ones are made of incombustible fabric.
2-nd version - the external and internal sheathings are made of rubberized fabric with difficult-to-burn covering.
3-rd version - the external sheathings are made of rubberized fabric with difficult-to-burn covering, and the internal ones are made from textile.
The pneumatic frame of the modules is made of fabric with difficult-to-burn rubber covering irrespective of the execution kind.

PKB1, PKB11, PGBR1, PGBR10, PGBR11 modules are provided with internal partitions, dividing the accommodation into domestic and working compartments. By the Customer’s request the partitions can be excluded. The internal sheathings may be made both as removable and permanent ones. PKB modules provided with one-section frame, ПГБР modules are provided with two-sections frame having an intermediate sheathing, at that, the internal sheathing made of cotton fabric, is removable.

The structures are intended to be used as production promises to store the material and technical facilities as well as a temporary shelter for equipment. The structures operate in two modes: air-supported and framework ones. The air-supported mode is a principal and that of framework is temporary. The use of the construction in a frame mode is provided for a brief period, that is, upon opening the end or lifting the blind of the aperture at the moment of necessity to input and output of equipment. It is possible to install and use the structure on all kinds of grounds, except rocky soil.
